Hello John,

thanks for the help. Unfortunately, all the conformations still have the
same color. I set the color scale and played with the "update selection
every frame" and "update color every frame" switches without success.
I have included a short part of the pdb file below. The numbers in the
occupancy field represent the docked enery of a conformation.
