Dear VMD users,
I want to have a list of residues of a protein (like what is shown in vmd
 Extensions>Analysis> sequence viewer) but I want to know each residue
properties at the same time ( polarity, positively/negatively charged,
hydrophobic/hydrophilic). I know I can change the coloring method to Res
Type and this will color amino acids on VMD OpenGl Display as follow
Colors amino acids according to polarity
Polar: Green
Positively Charged: Blue
Negatively Charged: Red
Hydrophobic: White

Just curious to know if anyone can suggest better idea/method in VMD to
have both together???
