Hi! I'm trying to do something very basic but i'm clueless about it. At
this moment i have a list a ~ 5200 proteins ( i have their PDB ID's) and i
would like to know which of them have at least one proline in their beta
sheets. I guess a little script in tcl could work but i can't figure how to
start.

Do you have any ideas about this? Do you think is reachable or do i need to
try with another tool? Which one?
