Dear Josh,

Thanks for your help, the version of vmd is 64 bit version
(vmd-1.9.1.bin.LINUXAMD64.opengl), and my computer system is also 64 bit.
My DDR3 memory is 8G. It seems that there is no business about WIN32. Maybe
I haven't got your opinion, if it's available for you, could you give me
more specific instructions for this problem?
