Well, a short look to sscache.tcl would have pointed out, that you can either use the cache array directly or use atomselections to “get structure”, between “animate goto frame”

Hello,

I am a new VMD user. I want to monitor secondary structure at various frames of my trajectory. I am currently using sscache.tcl. I can see structure changing in the animation. How can i get structure for certain frames in a file?
