Hi, I am interested in phosphorylating a number of residues on an (huge) ensemble of pdbs. Its fairly simple, I just need to load then mutate the residues to the phosphorylated analog then move on to the next structure. Before I start writing a script for this sort of thing, I was wondering if anyone had done this before… also, if there is a better way to do it feel free to educate me.
Thanks
Erik
