Hi

 I am trying to install VMD on my linux system (ubuntu 10.04) I encountered
some problems while installing it. I untared the the zip file and when
tried to configure it am getting a message given belo

"using configure.options: LINUXAMD64 OPENGL FLTK TK ACTC CUDA IMD LIBSBALL
XINERAMA XINPUT LIBTACHYON VRPN NETCDF TCL PYTHON PTHREADS NUMPY SILENT ICC"

What should I do now. I am completely new at using both linux and VMD
software. Please help me in this regard.
