I'm embarrassed to ask this question but here goes.

After install VMD in a windows environment.

How do you set up windows (xp,7,8...) so that it will automatically open a vmd-tcl script and execute the commands contained in it?

For me it windows keeps trying to have VMD load the script as a molecule rather than a tcl script.

Thanks in advance,
TOm

In my own defense:  i did this in win2000 like 100years ago and had "target directories" and links and everyting setup but I"m just not a windows user.
