Opening non-protein pdb files with VMD 1.8.2 on MacOS 10.3.2 (Panther)
gives me only 1 spherical atom (viewable as cpk). Other pdb files (i.e.
those downloaded from the PDB) load fine. All files opened OK with VMD
under MacOS 10.2 (Jaguar) or with RasMol. Any clues?
