Hi,
Yes, VMD supports MSMS on the Mac. You need to make sure that MSMS is
installed in a directory that's in your command search path so that VMD
can find it however. Failing that, you can use the "MSMSSERVER" environment
variable to tell VMD where to find the MSMS executable. Let us know if you
need help with that. If you don't already have it, you need to download
MSMS from the Michel Sanner's home page:
