Dear Luis,
  Before you can remote display applications from one Unix machine
to another, you need to make sure that you use "xhost +remotemachine"
to allow it. Try running 'xterm' remotely first, if 'xterm' doesn't
work, then VMD won't either... Do 'man xhost' for more information on
how xhost works.
