Hey Erik,

I usually do something like this in tk console:

#define my selection
atomselect macro centmolec {index 4993 4992 4994}

#Adjust and add representation
mol representation VDW 0.400000 21.000000
mol color Name
mol selection {centmolec}
mol material Opaque
mol addrep top

Is this what you had in mind?
