Hi VMD users,

Sorry this question might not be directly related to VMD but I hope someone would be able to help me on this.

I have used the dynatraj server & VMD previously to generate some porcupine plots. However, i fail to find the server now - wondering if this website is removed? (can't seem to find any information about it online).

I saw on the forum that there was a script called PorcupinePlot.tcl, may I know if it would be a good alternative and where could I obtain it?
