Hello:

  I've compiled VMD-1.9.1 successfully. However I found that I may not
configure the plugin direcotry correctly, each time it start up, it said

Plugin directory '/soft/vmd-1.9.1.src/lib/vmd/plugins/LINUXAMD64/molfile'
does not exist!
The parsefep package could not be loaded:

The apbsrun package could not be loaded:

instead of above path, I found that my plugin directory was in

/soft/vmd-1.9.1.src/lib/vmd/plugins

I am just wondering, is it possible to specify some paramters in .vmdrc
so that VMD can relocate my plugin direcotry?
