Hi,
I would like to know if it is possible to send data on demand from MD
using IMD.
It seems like VMD does not send anything as long as you don't apply any
forces. If you apply forces then it send the data ceaselessly.
I would like to send coordinates (not forces) once, but at any time I
want. Is this possible?
Thanks, Jan
