Hi,
I'm new to using the VMD software, but need to install it onto Linux (I'm
running Ubuntu 12.04 using Wubi in a Windows Vista x86 standard operating
system). I have successfully installed VMD onto this Windows OS, but
unfortunately cannot get the Linux OS to install vmd successfully (In order
to save me restarting my machine every time I want to use VMD).

So far, I have unzipped and untarred the .gz folder, and performed the
./configure. I then navigated into the src directory, and make install
worked. All of this followed the README file, so I think I'm correct in
this.

Previously, I then had an error stating that the libGL.so.1 shared library
couldn't be found, but I've managed to fix that (I think).

However, now when I attempt to run "vmd" I get the error message:
rlwrap: No match.
I've tried to install rlwrap, and I think I've installed that correctly,
but I constantly get the same error, so obviously I've done something wrong.

Is there anyone who can help me get it sorted?
