Dear VMD team
I am using VMD under windows. I am interested in using the heatmapper
plugin. The problem that I didn't find tutorial for that.
So I have some questions:
1- what is the format of the input file?
2- How the input file for the heat mapper should written?
3- How to load the data file (input file) to draw a heat map
