Dear VMD users

I'm using VMD v-1.9.1.

I would like to use NMWiz-ProDy interafce and the gui asks for the location
of the script ProDy.

I tried to install the ProDy-1.1 script in the linux machine.

And followed the instructions as mentioned in the web link.

By running the command "python setup.py build", it shows the following
error.

File "setup.py", lini 15
     with open ('README.rst') asinp;

syntax error: invalid text.

I couldn't figure out the problem.

Kindly advice.
