Hi there,
I have vmd installed both in Ubuntu and Windows. In Ubuntu, if you click
the a letter presentation of a amino acid, the visualization would
highlight the residue, which is what exactly the program should be.
However, if you hold ctrl key to highlight another residue, the sequence is
highlighted, but the visualization is not. The Shift key behaves normal yet
with shift, separate sequence can not be selected. In windows, everything
is fine.
It is quite likely that some configuration of the key is wrong. What I
don't know where to look at. Is there anyone can help me with this? Thanks
in advance!
