Hi

Hole can output the cavity axis position versus radius for several frames
using the vmd scripts previously posted in this mailing list. however, the
cavity axis positions are different for each frame. for example, 44.179 for
the first, 47.345 for the second, 45.322 for the third and so on.

Can anyone suggest how one calculates the average radius out of this data
over several frames?
