Dr. Bilgic:

Try setting the Coloring Method of your Sn-containing representation
to Element. Then, in the Graphics..Colors pulldown, you will find Sn
amongst the other elements. You can change the color there.

Dear all,

First of all I'm new on this VMD,
i can change color of O, H, F, C etc. but i cant change color of Sn.

i would be appreciated if someone could tell me.
