Thanks for your answering, actually before I checked,

:~$ tc
tcdialog tclsh8.4 tclsh-default tcode
tclsh tclsh8.5 tcltk-depends

I did install the tcl also the tcl-dev, the tcl is 8.4.16-2.

that's why I am confused about why I still could not find the
somepathto/tcl/lib
