Dear VMD Users,

I am working on GPCRs.

I would like to generate 2D-countour plot (mapping of xy co-ordinates of
c-alpha atoms on xy plane) only for the extracellular part of the receptor
for trajectories.

So that the final graph would be like this (Kindly find the attachment).

I would like to know any script is availble is VMD or any other programes
will do the same.

Kindly advice.
