Hello all
When I use psfgen , it add 3 hydrogen atoms to N- termi as the right number is 2. So I have to delete a hydrogen.But I don't know  which one should  be deleted , because  there are hbonds btw the 3 hydrogens and  Oxegen atoms of other residues.Different hydrogen left will lead to diffrent hbond left. What's more , the H-N-H angle is also abnormal.
How can I solve the problem ?
