Hi,

I have downloaded the Ca-dist.tcl from the library. As mentioned in the file, the only input is the selection used to find the Cas. So I add two lines at the beginning of the script:

mol new test.pdb
set main_sel [atomselect top all]

and the load the script by using " vmd -e Ca-dis.tcl". However, it does not work. It seems that the input for the script is incorrect. Can anyone give some help?
