Dear All

I have used calculate_dihedral script for calculating dihedrals.

The script works fine. But, I got too many values.

For example, Asp has chi1 & chi2 angle. In result i got

"Asp -74.5 162.7 -67.1 110.5"

I would like to know which one is corresponding to Chi1 & Chi2.
