Hi Roshan,

There seems to be two very clear examples of how to use bigdcd in the notes for the tcl file:
http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/script_library/scripts/bigdcd/

If you are having specific problems, which you document for the list, you might get some help. If you ask people to do it for you with no indication that you tried yourself, you're likely to get less than positive responses.
