Hi,
  I haven't tried the specific 3-D glasses and emitter you're asking
about. Since you have a Quadro FX 4800, you should be able to use the
NVIDIA 3-D glasses and emitter, or to use one of the recent stereo
LCD panels by Samsung and other companies. See this web site:

You'll also need the latest Quadro drivers in order to use the new
stereo modes intended for LCD panels.
