Hi,

Did anyone talk about the coloring of B factor in VMD? It seems that the
default color order is different from some of the molecular viewers (for
example, Swiss PDBviewer, RasMol, insightII or iMol.)

Yes, I can change the color scale by hand, but it might still be a kind of
weird.

Just wondering.
