It's possible but I can't figure out what is missing compared to the
binary distribution :(

For instance:

If I compare the irspecgui1.1 in my rebuild tree and yours:

[tru_at_liberte 1.8.7]$ diff -uNr ./plugins/noarch/tcl/irspecgui1.1 /c5/shared/vmd/vmd-1.8.7/plugins/noarch/tcl/irspecgui1.1
<- nothing returns

Am I missing something obvious?
