Hi,
Thanks for you reply. I tried to update X and OpenGL, with no success.
However I noticed, that if I use vmd in remote from some machines, it
works correctly.
I am using Debian, and if I ssh to an other Debian machine, vmd works
perfectly.
Whereas If I connect to machine with other OS (Red hat, Suse), get
this display problem.

Any ideas? Libraries I should check?
