Hi,
  I'm working on revising the build scripts for CatDCD so that
I can provide Windows binaries. I'll post them when this is
working. It will be a few weeks yet as I have many other things
on my plate currently. For now, you would be best off using VMD
itself to do the conversion, or run catdcd on one of the platforms
we already provide binaries for.
