Hi VMD owner

I just looked at the SMD homepage and I found an interesting movie about
titin stretching created by VMD. The movie showing the F-E curve and
extension simulation of protein simultaniously run together. I would like to
know how to prepare such movie. I want to learn how to make it since it is
very useful for my work. Will you give me an example. I am really newby in
TCL scripting language.
