Greetings,

I am trying to compile vmd 1.8.6 with Python 2.4.6, Tcl/Tk 8.4.19 and
Numeric 24.2. So far I had no problems with python, tcl, tk and numeric,
all tests pass and i can import Numeric inside python. Python is
compiled with tcl modules.

One thing I would like to ask is why cannot VMD see Numeric under python
and operate vmdnumpy?

One more thing is I tried to compile VMD using Python 2.6.2, Tcl/Tk
8.5.6 and Numeric 24.2 but somehow VMD didnot liked Tcl 8.5. Anyone
experienced this? Is there a workaround?
