Dear VMD,

looks like in vmd.1.8.7
in your proc ::NAMDPlot::namdparse

that once a file is open it does not get closed by this procedure
( tclgrep closes files but this proc is never called in NAMDplot)

Anyway so when I try to process say 10,000 or maybe even just 1000 log files I
run into a too many files open error.

Guess other folks don't try to analyze that many files at once :-)
