Hello everyone ..

     I am trying to build the membrane of LPS (which will simulate bacterial
outer membrane ) .. Can anyone suggest how to go for it .. I guess I need to
replicate LPS molecule in space . Because it is not included in membrane
builder plugin of VMD. Is there any other simpler way to get it .. I am
totally new to membrane simulation . Can i do some modification in the
plugin ??
