Hi Tom, VMD-L,
  I've updated the VDNA plugin with the new version. It'll be
in the next beta version I post, likely tomorrow if all goes well.
Several other plugins have also been updated since beta 1, I'll be
updating the VMD README soon to reflect these new versions.
