Hi Guys,
I'm trying to select ribose atoms in RNA, which are labelled C1*, C2*,
etc. However vmd, or at least Graphical Representations, doesn't like
the asterisks. I try:
type C4*
or
name C4*
and it says:
"The atom selection you typed could not be understood"
Is there some escape character for the asterisk?
Thanks
Sam
