aneesh,

in principle, yes. the big question, however, is _which_
kind of spatial distribution are you interested in.

spatial occupancy and other simple cases can be computed
via the volmap command, in most other cases you'll have
to write a custom tcl/vmd script. please note that this
kind of analysis is very problem specific, and thus chances
that you get something that matches your specific problem
(it would help a lot, if you would present a more specific
description of what you are looking for) there is little
hope that there is a ready-to-use script/tool available.
