Hi Max,

Almost everything should work with the Inorganic Builder plugin under
1.8.6 except the surface atom finding tools. For that you would need
one of the alpha builds of VMD.

There is an updated version of the Builder that is included with
1.8.7, but not yet in the plugin release. If you'd like to use that
version with 1.8.6, I've put it in the VMD (Public) project, and you
can grab a copy at:
