Dear all, when we use the residue_rmsd.tcl for calculating the the rmsd ,we get a file in the end,which gives the average rmsd  for each residue in all of the frames.butI like to have the rmsd for each residue in all of the frames ,instead of having average.Is it possible.   thanks
