Hi,
  Once you've used the NAMDplot plugin to generate a plot
window (which uses the MultiPlot plugin), you can then export
the raw plot data for Xmgrace (which you could certainly edit...),
or you could export the image as a postscript file. See the "File"
menu in the multiplot window that pops up. If you need more assistance,
others on the list should be able to help while I'm away.
