Dear VMD community:
Thank you very much with your help creating the psf file.
Now I need to add a specific number of water molecules to my system (just a
few of them), I tried using the solvation plugin but It is adding a large
number of water molecules and I don't need a water box for my simulation.
My question is: Is it possible to add a specific number of water molecules
to a system without using the solvation pulgin in vmd?
