VMD works ok except that I can't enter text in textbox of the plugin windows. e.g. VolMap Tool selection. In fact this happens to all of the extensions. Oddly enough, mouse clicks on pull-down menu/radio selection are just fine and I can enter text in file browse (open or save) windows from the plugins. Tk console and RMSD Tool work occasionally. Everything that is lauched from VMD main program, e.g. Graphic Representation, work normally.
