Hi, vmd users,
     I open the pdb file successfully in ViewerPro, but when I try to open it in VMD, the display is not the same as what I have seen in ViewerPro. I opened another pdb file, it worked well in both ViewerPro and VMD. I am quite puzzled, is the format of this pdb file wrong?
    I would be grateful if someone could give me any advice.
