Hi all,

 

I've seen that VMD mutator let easily to mutate amminoacids in a protein or
in a protein/nucleic acid (or fragment of it) structure

 

But it seems to me that it doesn't let to mutate nucleotides

 

Anyone know a VMD plugin or a way or an other free or open source software
that let to mutate nucleotide in another one?
