Hi,
  With the start of the new year I will be doing some pruning of
VMD-L subcriptions for accounts that are no longer deliverable.
By cutting these dead subscriptions, delivery speed should improve
for everyone.

I'm also going to investigate further changes to the mail list
to thwart some creative attacks by spammers that I've found
in the system logs. I'll notify the VMD-L membership as
these developments progress.
