Paul,
  The PBCTools plugin is included with the VMD distribution and
the latest versions can be retrieved via the plugin CVS tree:
  http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/doxygen/cvsget.html

In order to use the functions in the PBCTools plugin, you must
first use the command "package require pbctools".
