I am working with 1VOM, the ADP-vanadate state of skeletal myosin. I am
trying to insert a pair of spin labels into a PDB file containing the
protein, a magnesium atom, vanadate, and ADP. The only problem is that
I can't seem to find a topology file containing partial charges for the
VO4 molecule. Does anyone know where I could find this? Partial
charges for PO4 would probably also work.
