Hello,
I am a new user of FC5. After the autoconf and automake of FC5 are updated, there has been a problem to generate the Makefile from the configuration script.

[root_at_localhost vmd-1.8.6]# ./configure
using configure.options: LINUX OPENGL FLTK TK ACTC IMD SPACEBALL LIBTACHYON VRPN NETCDF TCL PYTHON PTHREADS NUMPY SILENT

How do I resolve this?
